Frequently Asked Questions About Vacation Home Photography

 Preparing for your photoshoot is simple. The property should look the way it would when a guest checks in. Open curtains and blinds, turn on lights, and remove trash cans, cleaning supplies, and personal items to keep the space looking clean and welcoming. 

 Most photography appointments take about one hour. Additional time may be needed if you’ve added video or a 3D tour. 

No. As long as the property is ready and we have access instructions, you do not need to be on-site during the shoot. 

We photograph on most days as long as it’s not actively raining, foggy, or snowing. Overcast days are actually ideal for interior photography. Exterior photos are professionally edited to include a bright blue sky, even on cloudy days. 

Photography and 3D tours are delivered the next day. Please allow 2–3 business days for video delivery. 

Payment is made online by credit card prior to downloading your images. For properties with extended travel time, payment may be required before the appointment. 

The photos are licensed to you for marketing the property as a rental—short-term, vacation, or long-term—for as long as you own the property. The license does not transfer to a new owner if the property is sold. 

We primarily serve Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Travel outside this region may be available—just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate your location.
