Frequently Asked Questions About Vacation Home Photography

Preparing for your photoshoot is easy. The home should look like it would if a guest is checking in.   It's best if curtains and blinds are open and the lights are on and tuck away trash cans or cleaning supplies.

On average, photos take about an hour.  Additional time is need for 3D tours or videos.

No.  We just need the property to be ready when we arrive and instructions on how to access the property.

We photograph any day when it is not actively raining, foggy or snowing.  Overcast and dreary is a perfect day for photos.  Even if it is cloudy, your exterior photos will have a beautiful blue sky in the final photos!  

Photos and 3D tours are delivered the following day.   Please allow 2-3 days for delivery of videos.

Payment is made online with a credit card prior to downloading the photos.  If there is a long travel time, payments may be required prior to the appointment.

The photos are licensed to you for marketing the property as a rental (vacation, short term or long term) for as long as you own the property.  The photos do not convey to the new owner if the property is sold.

We usually cover Central & South Eastern Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas.  We are willing to travel!  Just ask and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
